Product Usage

Suitable for sturdy cement walls/floors or water-resistant putty surfaces, and can also be used for substrate surfaces such as concrete/stone without floating slurry. Not suitable for gypsum putty and epoxy surfaces with high plasticizer and solvent content

Product performance:

BF WPU-W3 is a two-component waterborne polyurethane coating formulated with high-quality waterborne hydroxypropyl resin and aliphatic isocyanate curing agent. The isocyanate curing agent imparts a certain cross-linking structure to the coating film, which has the advantages of better hardness, scratch resistance, washability, easy cleaning, stain resistance, and non yellowing compared to single component coatings. The BF WPU series water-based polyurethane products do not contain toxic solvents, and the curing agent is a 100% solid content product that does not damage the emulsifying performance. It is a high-quality and safe water-based paint product.

Construction instructions and precautions:

1. Construction conditions: The relative humidity of the air is below 55%, and the ground temperature and air temperature are between 5-30 ℃. Construction should be avoided when the temperature is below 0 ℃.

2. Material mixing: During storage, there may be slight precipitation of component A. Before mixing, component A should be thoroughly stirred evenly; Mix the A/B components in proportion and stir electrically for about 3 minutes until uniform. Spraying and roller coating require dilution with deionized water/soft water to the appropriate viscosity, and the amount of water added per barrel must be consistent.

3. Construction method: roller coating/spray coating.

4. Reference dosage: Spray 0.1 kg/㎡/time, 2 times.

Storage: This product should be stored at a temperature above 0 ℃ in a cool and ventilated place, away from moisture and sun.

Shelf life: The storage period is 6 months. If it exceeds the storage period, it needs to be retested according to the standard regulations.

Safety: This product is a non hazardous substance. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water first. In severe cases, seek medical attention immediately. The disposal of residues should comply with national or local government safety regulations.

Packaging: A+B components, 11kg/set, or 5.5kg/set.   

Content: Component A: Water based resin with a solid content greater than 59%; Component B: Water based isocyanate content of 100%.
