Product use: Suitable for surfaces of polyurethane and other substrates without plasticizers and wax, not suitable for epoxy surfaces with high plasticizer and solvent content.

Product performance:

The BF WPU series of color and matte finish paints are formulated with German Covestro's aliphatic waterborne polyurethane resin and curing agent, which have the characteristics of high hardness, scratch resistance, water washing resistance, easy cleaning, stain resistance, and no yellowing. The BF WPU series water-based polyurethane products do not contain any toxic or harmful solvents, and the curing agent is a 100% solid content product that does not damage emulsification performance. It is a high-quality and safe water-based paint product.

Construction instructions and precautions:

1. Construction conditions: The relative humidity of the air is below 55%, and the ground temperature and air temperature are between 0 and 35 ℃. Construction should be avoided when the temperature is below 0 ℃.

2. Material mixing: During storage, there may be slight precipitation of component A. Before mixing, component A should be thoroughly stirred evenly; Mix the A/B components in proportion and stir electrically for 2-3 minutes until uniform.

3. Construction method: roller coating/spray coating.

4. Reference dosage: Water based coating roller dosage of 0.05~0.1 kg/㎡, water-based color paint roller dosage of 0.075~0.15 kg/㎡

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from moisture and sun.

Shelf life: The storage period is 6 months. If it exceeds the storage period, it needs to be retested according to the standard regulations. Please use up the opened materials within one day.

Safety: This product is a non hazardous substance. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water first. In severe cases, seek medical attention immediately. The disposal of residues should comply with national or local government safety regulations.

Content: Component A: Water based resin with a solid content greater than 30%; Component B: Water based isocyanate content of 100%.
